Its been a long time since I've been on CrayCrayStyle. But its finally good to be back. Lately I've been very busy working with school, however my biggest accomplishment so far as been taking a new toll on my health. I've been working out like crazy. Jillian Michaels is my new best friend. I spend anywhere from 30-45 minutes doing her workouts. I've also been incorporating 30 minutes of cardio, just simple running around outside. And most importantly eating healthy! Its been about two weeks and I feel so much better about myself. Its about a lifestyle change. Its not about just looking good. Its about feeling good inside and out. I've lost 6lbs since improving my eating habits and fitness. Its so much work, but GURLLLLLL no pain no gain!
